LSU should give out something like this at the gates

LINK

Hell, I might just do them to give out at the tailgate. They fold flat so they don't look like a megaphone

In between plays, while on defense, show D White highlights on the jumbotron.

So why does the SEC allow Moo State to bring in cow bells? I mean, surely they’re consistent and without bias, right?

I was there when we heard USC has been defeated.
Always baffled me that so many people say the loudest they ever heard Tiger Stadium was when they announced the USC score. Ridiculous that our fans would cheer louder against a team 1000 miles away from the game their team was playing. They were louder for that score announcement than they were cheering for their own team.

Wasn't usc just ahead of us in the polls at the time? I'd say they were cheering for their team.

The timing was just after a touchdown. It was nuts.
Youtube link to the broadcast

CBS showed LSU as #1, but USC was ranked #1 at the time in most polls.

I have 2 and bring them all the time. Never an issue... occasionally a person with ringing ears a few rows below me will give me the "stink eye" so I try not to direct it right at anyone --- but I for sure direct it at the field and yes it significantly intensifies the sound that I am making... naturally.

They aren't removing anyone from the stadium next week for making noise.

indirectly yes. I would think the loudest moment would be from something that happened on the field in front of them - performed by their team.

Speaking as someone who was there, we *were* cheering for our own team and the fact that with USC's loss, LSU had become the unanimous #1 in the country.

Also at the time Florida seemed to have a little more momentum than us, we weren't playing that great. The team went nuts and I think it really made the difference in the win. Well, that and Jacob Hester.

Mega phones are awkwardly shaped to try and smuggle into the gates. However flexible plastic cutting boards can be rolled into a megaphone with one hand. And of course lay flat underneath a shirt for walking through the gates.

@12x15 " they are also going to be larger than a cheap megaphone AND a good size to make a small sign out of.

Bulk pricing will come out to be a $1 to $2 per board.

Easier to move in bulk to the game and also have a practical purpose after the game.

ETA: Another great way to increase the volume and duration of that volume is to bring small foam earplugs. Everyone is louder and more comfortable in extreme noise when they can't hear how loud they are. If you don't believe me just ask your grandpa!.
