I don't know any rational person who thinks that and I know a lot of Ragin Cajun fans.

LaTech fans were that way when I was at LSU, they were still in the minor leagues back then and were having a few up years while we were on the tail end of Cholly Mac's career, they just knew we were afraid to schedule them because they would embarrass us

My bro in law played ball for USL in the 80's. It wasn't until the last 8 years or so that he started razzing on me about LSU. I mostly ignore him, but one time he wanted me to explain why LSU is always the headline in the newspaper and on TV, and why don't they mention USL more? I simply said, because no one gives a shite about USL and the conference they play in, and their space or airtime used for them could be sold for advertising. I went on too tell him that you'll get your airtime when they play LSU. Currently, he is warming up to LSU football because he is acquaintances wand fan of coach O and actually played against him in high school.

For me, I hope USL plays well and is competitive, but you won't see me wearing their gear.

bil is an idiot

ETA: all of the in state schools are rent a wins for LSU, they fact that we pay them a shitload of $ to come and get assraped somehow makes then think they are in the club and can hang with the likes of us, familiarity I suppose, even if Hallman were coaching and Archer was in charge of recruiting they would still be rent a win status, stay in your lane, bros!!!

Went to the New Orleans bowl a few years ago when the Cajuns were playing. I was there supporting them but damn I got some hate wearing a LSU t-shirt.

I don’t really pay them much attention but I don’t like their fans.

Got my undergraduate degree at LSU, and then went to ULL for graduate school. A girl in my class was trying to talk smack to me because she’s a Bama fan, so I asked her what year she graduated Bama undergrad. I don’t have a problem with them, but all of them have a problem with us. Little brother syndrome is very real.

Uncle played ball there in the 80’s. A lot of family graduated from there. I follow their baseball team more than football. I guess you can say a fan of both schools then...

Nope.. their whole program and fanbase is built on LSU penis envy. As much as it use to be a bitter rival.. I do like the Greenies. It’s great to see their program making a comeback

FTR, Ragin Cajun games are a lot of fun. The stadium has always sold beer, and the food is terrific.

I think you can also Waitr in food directly to the stands.

I went to USL until I was invited to leave. I'm much more diehard about LSU football but don't dislike the Cajuns and pull for them to do well. Honestly there are a few "houses divided" but most folks here in Lafayette pull for the Tigers and the Cajuns in football, since LSU is the only team in the state with a chance at playoffs, championships, or meaningful bowls. The Ragin Cajuns normally field a pretty good baseball team.

That's like asking Texas de Brazil if it's worried about losing business to Taco Bell.

On a similar note, I have never understood why LaTech fans hate LSU so much either.

Who are they? Never heard of them.

Do you mean ULL-L?

If you mean UL-L, I’ve heard of them. Don’t really think about them and I have no reason to either like or dislike them. I guess since ULL-L is from Louisiana I will pull for the little fellas to do well.
