He's my QB1 in my fantasy league. Drafted him late.

Legitimate question - if you replace Burrow with Jayden on that 2019 team, do we have an equal, or possibly even better, offense that year?

That is the most legitimate retarded/stupid question ever!!!

We had Joe Burrow with the best season ever as a QB (Heisman, 60 TD/6 Int., 5,671 yards, 76% Comp., 15-0, BCS National Champs, many other awards) and you want to replace that with JD5... Let JD5 be 2022 and his great Heisman 2023 season, and how great he was then, not if he were to replace Burrow in 2019

Burrow and JD5 were on diff teams and they were leaders for THAT team they were on. I'm not going to want to change anything about 2019 bc we won it all. Why bother trying to better the result of 2019. JD5 was needed for last year just to make our team viable and won Heisman bc of his skillset with that team. They had the respect of the team they were on.

Same here. He’s the steal of the draft.

Kliff isn’t a head coach, but he’s a very good offensive mind.

How many points did you get for his 220+ rushing yards and 4 TDs so far?

Anyone who watched him at LSU would see this coming.

I have never seen as good a prospect at QB coming out of college. I would have picked JD over any other QB who ever came out of college, with the near exception of John Elway.

I’m not talking about after I knew what they would do in the pros. Obviously that would result in Brady being number one.

JD is the only QB I’ve ever seen who has an elite arm, for accuracy and strength; has exceptional character; has elite pocket presence; has elite ability to make reads both pre, and post, snap; and is perhaps the GOAT at escaping the pocket and running with the football. A truly remarkable prospect that the Bears were absolute morons to pass on.

I've never been very big on Kingsbury, but he's doing a good job with Daniels and looks like a good fit.

Kingsbury is a very good coach with a player like Jayden. They complement each other very well. The perfect storm.

In case you missed it, highlights!

Jayden puts on a show!

I will be the first to admit I didn't think he would be this good this early. Matter of fact I didn't think his game would translate to the NFL and he would get hurt like RG3 and the rest of the smaller running qbs.
Good for that young man he's always been well spoken and had elite speed.
I didn't believe he would be able to consistently through receiver's open.

Will be interesting to see if he can keep this up. Hard to maintain this in the NFL

He is going to have a bad game eventually. It’s the NFL. I think what separates him is the ability to move on and get better. They have a nice slate of games in Oct with only 1 road game. Could be 7-2 going into November.

It’s crazy but I think the dual threat ability of Jayden would possibly make it better.

Imagine having to already guard Jefferson, Chase, and Marshall. And in the rare case none of those guys get open, you have Jayden freaking Daniels that can just scramble for 50 yards.

Also we ran a lot of RPO’s in 2019, would have been much harder to guard with Jayden back there.

How the Bears fricked that up is comical.

We win a natty with the 2022 or 2024 defense paired with 2023 Jayden Daniels...

Anyone who watched him at LSU would see this coming.

The reads he made and accuracy of his throws with the flip of his wrist is insane. Throws darts.
____________

True of his last year at lsu. The previous year, he was reluctant to pull the trigger. The growth between those 2 years was incredible. And now he is doing it against NFL defenses. I was skeptical about him his first year here, but am thrilled for That Kid Jaden! I have him on my fantasy team.
