Mind boggling. Why would they want to see the program burn to the ground- especially when it could be on the verge of real greatness? Just don't get it. Even if he isn't "their guy", we have a successful coach. Back off.

If Woodward, as the AD, can’t control whoever is leaking this inside of LSU, then there’s an issue there. It’s either true or that persons time at LSU is simply numbered.
The leak is for sure calculated in some form or fashion, as Jordy has to clench his butt hole when he makes an allegation like that. It’s pretty serious & pretty detailed as to what has happened. We know he is a direct mouthpiece for Wade.
I also wonder if Wade knows he is going down, if he just gave the go ahead to drag Dale down with him for being a traitor. I just don’t think this is something Jordy would say on his own.

Yeah, no way Jordy’s going off the reservation with this. He’s got to be doing this for Wade and/Woodward. Unfortunately, I also agree with you that the fact that they would do it this way rather than just firing the leak is pretty damning. Woodward has to feel his hands are tied, which they would only seem to be if there’s some truth to the rumors/allegations. As the Bayou Burns.

Because Will Wade is a massive threat to Dale Brown's legacy. MASSIVE. Wade is already on his heels in terms of all time LSU basketball coaches. Wade has the potential to actually win us a national championship which is something that Dale never did. Dale knows how good Wade is. If Wade is here for 5 more years, the name Dale Brown will be forgotten. That's his motive.
