You rotate them. LSU’s practices are moving extremely fast bc that’s how the offense plays. A lot of SEC teams are starting to play really fast on offense. So the DL is a spot where you can actually pay to build quality depth…a lot of rotation to keep guys fresh will be happening

re: Does anybody know why things went south with us and 5* CB Joshua Dobson?

Posted by nolimitnola on 6/22/26 at 7:46 pm to JayWalkTiger

Shea said today that the price other schools were willing to pay started soaring, and his agent told LSU they need to get to that price for Dobson to take his OV. LSU said absolutely not and Corey refused to even go with Baker and Olson to visit his HS teammate the next day.

I’m going to assume you don’t know what “dying on this hill” means. It’s the first and only time he said it.

Exactly. This was all about money. Anyone who believes anything different is not being honest with themselves. Of course the player isn’t going to say “I just couldn’t pass up the offer from Tennessee”.

re: 2027 RB Jayden Miles predicted to LSU

I think Vital was trending hard for LSU a few months ago and was about to commit. Since the new staff has been in place I don’t think he’s as big of a priority. I’d look for him to land at USC, Ole Miss or Houston with USC being most likely. The national On3 guys think LSU is working from behind with Martin and that he’s trending to Bama. It’s very early tho

Actually Moscona said Seaton left BR without committing or signing

A verbal agreement means absolutely nothing. I’m not saying he doesn’t sign with us but him giving Lane his word is worthless.
