Nope. He's coaching scared. That could jeopardize his job.

He wont get a real OC until he gets an extension and makes his money.

This would be ideal.

Why would anyone want to take the job that’s worth a shite to come work with both Orgeron and Ensminger looking over their shoulders on the staff after they did what they did to Canada?

Sorry but if we hire a new OC we would hopefully retire Steve. Not even on the support staff. It’s just bad juju. We’ve seen the palace coup deal to a Head Coach and then to an OC before. It’s just a really bad look.

I keep seeing this and based on my take, Canada was put to pasture after he shite the bed early in the season. Posters acting like we were averaging a 100 points a game under Canada are delusional. FWIW, I liked the Canada hire at the time, but to have such a terrible memory as it relates to his offense is something I just don't get. If his offense was humming along, he would still be here...no matter how much if a prick he is supposed to be on a personal level.

You would have to get rid of someone in order to do this. Why is there a need for a TE coach? Just put them with the OL.

There are staff limits.

We are full so someone has to go.

They cant do that without a buyout. SE needs a buyout for that to happen. His contract states Offensive Coordinator. You also dont pay a TE coach 800k

This is true. Our TEs are basically offensive linemen anyways.

What did Engsminger do when he was forced to enter a coloring contest?

He made his quarterback draw his way out of it.

It’s typically inadvisable to have an executive be demoted and remain on staff for obvious reasons. It only leads to conflict and player loyalty confusion.
