Find him then.
Because none of them were close to as good as Zeier. And I dont Know when they were ranked 33rd in offense.

This constant crap gets old. Why don't you just wait until the season plays out and see how it plays out. You and others like you are not going to get him fired, you add nothing with this stupid speculation. He is coaching LSU players now in the 2018 schedule not whomever was playing for his teams 15 years ago against whatever schedule they faced.
When the season ends you might either look dumb or brilliant with your assessment. Probably some where in between.
If you want LSU to fail so you can tout how smart you are just admit it . If you want success then support the guy in place now. This constant diatribe against Orgeron, Ensminger, Sullivan or whomever does nothing to help LSU and might be detrimental in recruiting. Please give us a break from it.

Please note everyone what O did as as a Head Coach from 2005-2007 was totally irrelevant in evaluating him as HC after the 2016 season. But SE developed 1 QB 25 years ago, and improved the Aggie offense from the 60s all the way up to the 30s 22 years ago!!!!!! totally relevant. We coming!!!!!
Isn't that weird how that works?
Past results don't matter, unless they do.

Neither the subject line of the thread or the OP state it has to be within a certain date. He just wanted the name of one QB that Slinger developed.
That’s a good answer councilor. Too bad things don’t happen in a vacuum.

If this is too difficult for you to understand let me know and I will try to explain it in a different manner.
What’s difficult for you to understand or at least remember is your own hypocrisy. If we shouldn’t consider Os record at Ole Miss because that was so long ago, hen the fact the only QB you can come up with that our OC has developed was from 25 years ago should be a giant red flag.

f he had asked for two I would have found out who the A&M QB was when Slinger took the A&M offense from ranking in the 60's to 33rd.
Corey Pullig 94-95
Brandon Stewart 96

Wanting success doesn't mean you have to support it.

Jason Campbell got E demoted he was so bad while E was QB coach.
He also didn’t coach Dantzler his last three years. Including the year he was actually ok.

Stolen from this thread LINK
Outside of Zieir, which I showed was inflated by his overuse:
Pullig = 13 TDs to 7 INTs (wow

Stewart = 14 TDs to 9 INts (wow

Greene = 16 TDs to 9 INTs (wow

Dantzler = 13 Tds to 14 INTs (I'm sure his first year under E made him amazing,

Jason Campbell sucked under Ensminger and that is a fact. Borges turned him into the 1st round QB, not E.
Gotta love cherry picking, right?

This thread's purpose is what?

Woody Dantzler
Coached for one year. His worst by far and it was very bad.

Jason Campbell
Team that bombed and Campbell blew up the next season once E was demoted to TE's coach.

Not to mention hes a former QB in every offensive meeting and every practice and our QBs stunk. I know that's not necessarily his job, but no way he never had input or never spoke to the QBs. His importance was noted by Miles because he was one of the guys that broke down film. And still, our offense stunk.
Yeah, I don't put much stock in this "he's a former quarterback, so he's a great quarterback coach."
Ted Williams was arguably the greatest hitter of all time and what kind of manager was he?
Tony LaRussa and Earl Weaver were bench warmers and journeymen as players and what kind of managers were they?

Stats don't matter guys. For O it didn't matter his past failures. For E, it only matters that he's been called by some random people, apparently, a great football mind, and hey he coached a guy that was great because he threw the ball 425 times in 12 games 25 years ago.
Oh and forgot to mention that Jarrett Lee was more efficient than him in 2011 than Zeier's best year.

I am pretty sure the time he has been at LSU as a TE Coach he wasnt asked to develop QBs. We had OC and QB Coaches that were responsible for that.

Slinger vs Cameron:
increased scoring from 21 points per game to 32 — scoring 38 or more in five of the eight games Ensminger called
increased yards per play from 5.7 to 7.1
"The reason this holds value is precisely that it doesn’t sit in a vacuum. Whether the offense should have been that good or not, 2016 LSU football team wasn’t going to put up those numbers under Cam Cameron. They weren’t even going to come close."
Slinger vs Canada:
"However, taking the point further regarding the 2016 offense versus better defenses, let’s use Bill Connelly’s opponent-adjusted advanced statistics:"
under Ensminger, LSU’s average offensive percentile performance — i.e., a measure of how well a unit performed compared to an average college offense, adjusted for defensive quality — increased from 41 percent to 73 percent. That means the Tigers improved from a unit that was barely in the top 60 percent of all 130 FBS teams to one that was in the top 30 percent.
LSU’s average offensive percentile under Matt Canada in 2017? 54 percent, with an S&P+ ranking of 42. In 2016, the Tigers finished 22nd in offensive S&P+, counting both Ensminger’s and Cameron’s games.
"There is no credible way to deny, at any level, that Ensminger improved LSU’s offense over his stretch of running it."

This crap gets old, too. No one wants LSU to fail, but if you can't understand why many fans have doubts, you're just sticking your head in the sand.
If these doubts end up coming to fruition on the field, it would be far more detrimental to recruiting than anonymous posts on a message board.

How did Steve’s offense do when out oppenent’s rushing defense wasn’t in the 80s or higher?
We just ran all over weak rushing defenses. That’s it. Our best win was Louisville who lost to Kentucky and Houston.
Wasn’t Houston a joke, Tiger Ree?
