Yes, but lsu lost because, JJ has a lack of eye for actual talent. LSU won last year with a bad team. Fortunately for him, the rest of college baseball also sucked. Jj is a fraud who hit lighting in a bottle with a Joe Burrow style recruit.

Stupid doesn’t do you justice. Easily one of the most retarded, idiotic & ignorant statements ever made on tRant & thats no small feat!! Anybody thats this stupid should be banned from tRant & the internet in general.

Because Jay just wanted to keep the pace of the game moving along. He would never do anything to delay or prolong the game.

They challenged and lost. Impossible to definitively determine because it was so high, but it sure looked fair to me.

Vandy had a similar foul ball as well

Vandy's was clearly foul; Jake's was arguable.

Undefeated all time

There was a bias in the SEC against LSU last time LSU won the national championship.

I fully expected it to happen again this year.

The SEC likes to feature different teams and the any team can win it all mantra.

Cataracts won't improve their performance.

It does remind me of the Japanese man who went to the optometrist for an eye exam. Doc said, "You have a cataract." Japanese guy said, "No, Rexus."

Hate to say it but when you walk as many as our pitchers do it is difficult to win honestly. Do you honestly believe we can randomly score 13 or 14 runs a game. Our offense and defense was not the problem last night. Having said that it drives me crazy to see our pitchers throw to York at first base and he only has the ability to catch the ball and not attempt the tag on the returning runner. Damn it if they throw it over at least give the pitcher the courtesy of attempting the tag.

You don’t know. Vandy would still be batting in the ninth.

I still don’t understand thy there I not a camera looking up on the foul pole or directly down the lines. The camera they kept showing was worthless because it only went up half the pole.

Is technology available that could identify a fair and foul ball? Some kind of laser technology? I know the English Premier League can identify if a ball crosses a goal line.

But the fig announcers were so proud of that camera angle.

Umps should have ruled HR or given LSU back the challenge. Film showed a HR. If you say no HR because video is incomplete , then they cannot do a legit review at Vandy’s Park and should return the challenge and say no video available.

Has no one posted a photo? To me this ball is already over the fence and still fair. It’s hooking left.

Vandy has midge foul poles.
