The media loves Les because of his passion for his team.

DallasTiger, I don't care how old you are, you need to grow up.

And you - or anyone else - please feel free to attack the facts contained in my post. Please... go ahead.

You keep enjoying random rants from Les Miles and convincing yourself that this nuttiness is what builds champions.

Bama fans will continue to enjoy their dour little man who offers up boring press conferences.

Best recruiting video for LSU ever. Come play for a coach that loves you and enjoys you as a person. Play for a coach that is your biggest cheer leader. Play for a coach that you can enjoy playing for.
The bowling analogy was the best part.

Unlike certain LSU rivals that are coached by hyper critical dour assholes.

Couldn't have said myself, brah.

Don’t care if the entertainers think it was good or bad. Les was asked if Russell Shepard was considered a flop after the game. The question is inappropriate and Les had every right to get pissed and rip the entertainers and defend the players.

I suspected that this was the question or something similar, who asked it?

You realize we played 4 top ten teams and are 2-2, and Alabama played two top ten teams and is 1-1? I didn't realize Les made the schedules.

Russell Sheppard is one of my all time favorite players but he never lived up to his potential. It was a fair question and I love miles response. I love it ! That said he does not have this goddam team ready to play! They slept walked through that game! Don't play to the level of your opponent play to your potential. We don't under miles.

I do not hear one Saban coached BAMA defense players making any name in NFL...

Your "facts" are clouded by your assumptions about how the team is coached and you have no clue.

Please just become a Bama fan.

I'm pretty damn happy with our program. We're always in the mix, stay out of trouble with the NCAA(for the most part,) have a great graduation rate, always on TV, win 10-11 games a year...and on and on. The kids love Les, and would go to war for him, they all come back/give back to the school when they can. What's not to like? It's unrealistic to think that we will win the NC every year, and frankly that would get a little boring. Even Nicky said it's more fun to build a dynasty than it is to sustain it. I've been around long enough to remember when we would have killed for 75% of the success we have now.

Happens to most coaches and teams at times. Just this year, UF v. ULL, KSU v. Baylor, Bama v. A&M, A&M v. Tech and Ole Miss, etc. It always seems worse when it is your team and coach. It is hard to have a team emotionally up for 12 games a season.

I'll address your post with a few facts as well.

FACT: 2011 the "great Saban-lead Bama team" LOST at home to a more talented LSU team led by Les Miles. It's safe to say Miles outcoached Saban.

FACT: Saban had to go on national television to lobby for a spot for Bama to get into the NCG DURING the SECCG of which LSU won and Bama wasn't even a part of....how embarassing is that!?

FACT: Bama/Saban had to have media giant, ESPN, lobby for them to get a second chance at LSU in the NCG b/c they had a better loss (NOT better wins, mind you, but a better LOSS) than OSU..another conference champion besides LSU that blew out their last opponent, Oklahoma. Let's not even mention how some of the analyst completely changed their POV after the Bama loss to LSU...cough((Mark May))cough

FACT: Bama's tradition has carried them somewhat and the media propogates them which is often unfounded, just like USC at the beginning of this year. Remind me...what is their record now?

That is so great! First time I saw it I said every recruit should be shown that...to show how much position and respect he has for every player!
