For the record, LSU's current freshman class had a average high school GPA of 3.8.

Meh. Good natured jabs like this have been thrown around forever, and frankly, I think it adds to the fun of college sports and college sports rivalries. Steve Spurrier and Skip Bertman were the all-time best at it.

I was about to mention academics of the freshmen class, and also Jayden made sure everyone knew in his speech that he graduated in 3 years. I'm sure his parents are not just proud of his Heisman award but also that he has graduated.
