Billy Cannon Halloween punt return, Warren Morris walk off HR, or Will Baker’s first half against Arkansas?

I’d probably say 2019 natty only because of the heisman, postseason awards, and the utter dominance.

The question was a pure moment and not a whole season like some people are saying. It’s morris walk off imo

An underrated moment is the Marcus Spears pick six in the 2003 national championship. It was the most important play in the most important game in more than 40 years. Certainly not as dramatic as the Morris walk off but a tremendous moment for those of us that believed we would never see another football natty.

2003 natty would be just ahead of Billy Cannon's run for me because it showed we had become a program that was capable of sustained success at an elite level.

2019 was a consistent “pure moment”

Tommy Tanks walk off is probably the purest joy from sports that I’ve ever experienced. Too young to really care about the 90s in baseball.

How is this even close to the best moment? It didn’t mean much to the team other than beating ole miss. No NC that year and ole miss beat us 21-0 later that season.

Best single moment was the Morris walk off home run to win a championship

Because LSU and Ole Miss hated each other and it was a great moment. What happened after that is another moment. Also, it's one of the most historical plays in college football history. It may or may not be the best moment in LSU sports history, but it's up there.

Due to everything that was on the line and the back story, Warren Morris' home run was the most exhilarating moment and is probably realistically the best moment in LSU sports history.
