Good one! Didn't think of him.

Ika, I'm not too sure on, but yea, for arguments sake let's say yes. Him too.

I can't think of one player that had significant playing time that has done better for themselves after transferring from LSU. Some may not have necessarily done worse, some surely have. Though I can't think of one where I say, yeah, he definitely helped himself.

Who was that receiver who transferred to Nebraska? He did pretty good. I think he made it to the NFL. Not sure where he is.

ETA: Trey Palmer! I was glad he found success. He is the only one that really comes to mind.

Corey Kiner has a 1,000 yard season at Cincinnati too.

Cam Wire is starting LT for Tulane.

Xavier Hill is starting RT for Memphis.

But Marcus Dumerville is 3rd string at Maryland. And Kardell Thomas is nowhere.

Trey Quinn was good at SMU as well. Pretty good if I recall correctly.

Trey Quinn says hi.

Quinn's SMU stats the one year he was there:

114 receptions
1236 yards
10.8 yards per catch
13 TDs

With Brown, Sampson, Anderson, Hilton, and maybe Lacy next year, we'll be really really good again at WR next year.

Didn't realize that. It seemed like he had some potential when he first got some touches at LSU. I didn't know Cincy had gone 3-9 (1-8) either and was dead last in the Big 12 this year. They certainly took a nose dive.

Two seasons greatly impacted by injuries

Predicting stats, impact or playing time without that caveat is meaningless

Interesting, but completely irrelevant. Right up there with what if Max Johnson would have stayed. TCU had a coaching change and a down year.

I wish Bech was at TCU when he was muffing kickoffs against Tennessee.

When looking at former Tigers that didn't hurt the team, this is how we should view them.

Bech wasn't a cancer in the locker room, didn't get in any legal entanglements, didn't take cash, etc that would bring scrutiny to the program.

He and many others over the years just felt like there wasn't a spot on the team for him.

And it's not like we were hurting for playmakers at WR and he was balling out at TCU so it may have cost this team a win or anything.

He didn't have a great year, would have seen little or any playing time this year, so why beat this guy up and drag him through the mud?

I still don’t understand why people on here hate Bach so much. He was getting passed up and watching his PT go away. He went to a lesser school and still hasn’t figured it out. It almost validates the opinion that he wouldn’t be playing here if he had stayed.
