Sounds like he didn’t want to go to Michigan and hand off 30+ times a game because that doesn’t help him develop

Dem LSU QB Heisman's are starting to make the top Qb's take notice. LSU QBU now. Who would have ever thought?

Thanks for posting

In my experience, it’s very unusual for a high school kid to go that far to go play at lsu so it’s very encouraging to see.

5 years ago, I’d question to motivation, but now, with kids being paid above board, it appears as though he is coming because he sees it as best fit for him as a top program.

Right. Development with an eye towards the NFL was his first priority.

I'm sure the NIL money is pretty good even if not top dollar.

I really think we're gonna have to keep Sloan on staff if we want to keep Underwood.

In a perfect world, this guy has a running package in '25 backing up Nuss and takes over full-time in '26.

BK has to do whatever it takes to keep Sloan on staff through signing day.

If you would’ve told me just 5 years ago that the #1 prospect in the country stated this after picking LSU I would’ve called you a troll.

These kids were preschoolers when Les Miles was putting up 13 points a game. That's a very good thing.

“Coach Sloan talked to me almost every single day,” Underwood said. “He separated himself from everybody.”

So, what's BK waiting for?

Make the hire and be done with it.

IF BK decommits Sloan from LSU, then say bye bye to BU.....

They have their guy for 2025 already. I'm not sure I'm worried about them.

I agree. The Michigan type of offense probably factored in a good bit. If Harbaugh leaves, we better hope the new guy doesn't bring in a good passing style. It could cause 2nd thoughts.
