What really sucks is being forced to buy beer in TS. That Consumption Quota is bullshite. I hate being told how many beers I have to buy every game. Of all the stupid things Alleva did, that is the worst.

They need the bottom filling cups instead of pouring from cans. That will take forever.

People need to realize that whether it’s Aramark or another company, they will all be near fully staffed by temporary laborers. Uneducated Ex cons, drug addicts, homeless/very very poor people. This is the only way to fulfill the large number of workers on game day
You could have the best concession logistics but you’re still at the mercy of these laborers.
And this isn’t just an LSU thing. Saints Gabe’s, Super Bowls, etc are all done the sage way

Sure. It’s not their fault. But it’s the only way to keep up with the large number of workers Aramark needs. If it’s not then pissing fans off, it will be another company using the same workers.

You must be newer. When things go awry, our fans throw everything. In Tiger Stadium, this is a very good idea. I’ve been at games where the players had to toss the bottles off the field to resume play (I.e., #1 Miami 89 I think).

......get the concessions people (and menu) from ULL. I guarantee you won't have any problem keeping the fans in the stadium.

Concessions were already bad enough, hopefully it doesn't slow down the process for the rest of concessions

I was never a fan of Alleva and was ecstatic when he was finally replaced but I swear some of would blame him for everything from the Climate Change to the Kennedy assassination
Limits on the number of beers 1 person can purchase is standard and NOT allowing cans or bottles is also not uncommon. These are rules set by the conference not the old AD
