I'm not worried about it. I'd like for it to happen. But I think Diggs will get the yards, only his initials don't work here.

I’m predicting that KJ will have a huge day on the ground this weekend. He may break a long run or two and total close to 100 yards rushing

Arkansas is shown to have a worse record when KJ runs a lot so I'm not at all worried about his running. I would be more concerned about him extending the play and finding a receiver downfield like he did in 2021.

I like our defensive front vs their offensive line this weekend. Maason Smith and Wingo should have a dominant day in the interior and Saivion Jones should have a big day as well.

He even spelled it out for them (literally). Just proves people only read the headlines.

No, but I'm a little worried about their freshman TE Luke Hasz having a big game. They flex him out all over the field and he reminds me a lot of a young Brock Bowers and George Kittle.

Yeah the same way we were worried Will Rodgers was going to throw all over our weak secondary!

More worried about arkansas dline and lbs with movement on the line confusing our ol like they did last year. They have the blueprint on how to confuse our ol and cause our offense to do nothing. Look for our oc to do nothing or make any adjustments to combat that just like last year

Anyone on the Arkansas board saying I am worried Jaden Daniels throws for 350? Diggs and Co run for 200? Perkins and Wingo sack KJ 8 times?

Well they should be.

We do not encourage the kind of "trick" thread title that you have utilized here. This is because we have a sense of kindness and consideration towards the drunk and developmentally disabled majority who frequent this august board.

He hasn't put up 80 yards total rushing all season against the vaunted defenses of Western Carolina, Kent State, and BYU. I can see why someone might think he will approach 100 yards rushing against LSU.

In 35 games played he has 6 games over 70 yards rushing. 2 of those are SEC opponents. Both were losses for Arkansas,
2021 Ole Miss (L) (85 yards)
2022 aTm (L) (105 yards)

3 others were P5 opponents.
2021 Texas (W) (73 yards)
2021 Penn State (W) (110 yards)
2022 Kansas (W) (130 yards)

2021 Rice (W) (89 yards)

This season

Western Caroline (W) (11)
Kent State (W) (48)
BYU (L) (21)

He is hard to tackle due to his size and strength but that alone does not make him a good runner, per se. He has been sacked 7 times this season, 4 by BYU. His passing efficiency is what makes him dangerous.

Comparisons of the two QBs. LSU has played 2 power 5 opponents including 1 SEC school, and Arkansas has played 1 P5 opponent. Each has played 1 FCS school

KJ Jefferson
Passing

55/77 (71.4%) for 629 yards, with a long of 65 yards, 6 TDs, 1 Int, 7 Sacks, 163.2RTG,

Rushing
80 yards on 31 carries for 2.6 YPC, 1 TD with a long of 19

Jayden Daniels
Passing

70/95 (73.7%) for 976 yards, with a long of 75 yards, 8 TDs, 1 Int, 7 Sacks, 185.7RTG,

Rushing
157 yards on 35 carries for 4.5 YPC, 2 TD with a long of 40

Everybody R-E-L-A-X

The KJ in this OP is Kaleb Jackson, the freshman running back from LSU. Of course I think that the LSU D will contain the Ark QB. Reading is hard!

The amount of people freaking out is hilarious. It took me a second to figure out when I read the thread, but seems like no one actually read it. Just started skyscreaming and downvoting after seeing a headline.

Now people wonder why the media is the way that it is

Mainly because, why the frick would anyone here be "worried" ab Jackson running over the defense? We would be elated if that happened.

Clearly meant KJ Jefferson in the title and bait and switched the message.

I predict he'll be getting a DamnStrongly worded PM shortly.

You know this was a troll, but it was perfectly executed cover in the last line without the actual bait and switch. And I fell for it
