I noticed WBB's recruiting budgets are literally 2-3 time mores than softball and gymnastics.

I follow every LSU sport. If they had basketweaving I'd follow it. Got pretty fond of watching women's basketball when Pokie was here and we were in it every year.
Aleva is no doubt the most irresponsible piece of work we could have as AD. I give him credit when credit is due but he cannot get out of the ditch it seems.
I don't get off on protestors but I wish like hell a ton of folks would show up at his office and block his arse in so he couldn't leave. He needs to answer for some of his idiotic choices in particular this one. It makes absolutely no sense.

I'm VERY surprised that they'd give coach Fargas an extension. I think it communicates that they're not that interested in having a championship level program anymore. On the other hand, she's not getting a raise and the buyout was reduced. This may actually mean that this could be her last year if things don't improve. Right now though, it looks like Alleva is giving in the towel. Long gone are the days when the women's team drew more than 10,000 for a game like this.....................................

Her buyout right now is $250k. If this is signed it will be more then that for the next two years. For it to be less, LSU will first have to pay her $1.4 in salary for the next two years.

Cut the buyout in half it’s not like she is going to say no. Not that I am familiar with the WBB coaching landscape but I doubt anyone will pay her what LSU is

WBB was lit during the pokey days, PMAC had 10,000 people there and they were a fun group to watch
