These people are legitimately clinging to their fluke upset win over Bama and are constantly bringing it up last night as if it makes their program relevant. Reminds me of how Ohio st fans all of a sudden claimed Joe again after his run in 2019.

This is little brother shite. No other SEC fan base would be doing this. It’s some little brother behavior to the largest extent. It’s ULL level stuff. Like when ULL social media started posting that they have the longest win streak in the country AFTER Cincinnati lost. Not after ULL won but after another team lost they came out of the woodworks bragging like they did something.

A&M = ULL of the SEC.

I wouldn't call it a fluke. This Alabama team was not all that great.

They are going to be insufferable when they start winning more. They are least are and win 8 games a year.

Do not care about A&M football.
12th man and all that military crap image they put on.
Wouldn't even field a team for their bowl game.

Agreed. LSU trotted out our scout team QB and gave it our all. I respect that. Aggies decided to quit because it would have been hard.........

Typical Aggies, showing their arse.

Yes we would, because the program is left in shambles. Long term though, we have the pedigree to believe that we can at least be the third banana in the SEC. A&m doesn't even have that

I call it a fluke because A&M will never beat Bama again while saban is coaching. They freaking lost to the worst LSU team since the Clinton administration. It’s also a fluke because A&M wasted their once a decade win over Bama on an 8-5 season and a forfeited bowl game.

They’re going to be so mad when they are totally surrounded by big brothers in a few seasons. UT to the west, LSU to the east and OU to the north. Keep trying to fill the recruiting rankings. It won’t save you.

I agree with most of what you said. However, that does not mean that this Alabama team was something to write home about.

Hell, I don't think that Georgia team was a very memorable champion. None of the teams that were in the playoffs really jumped off the page to me.

There just was not a dominant team this year. I guess UGA would be considered dominant but aside from Alabama, they really didn't play anyone. And when Alabama had basically a full stable, they kicked the shite out of UGA.

Just one point: Ohio State fans ALWAYS loved Joe Burrow and hated to see him leave their program. Urban was the only one who couldn't see what he had.
