Woodward and Emmert are related. LSU will get the Saban treatment with the NCAA. We are golden at this point.

Im pretty sure (but not 100% positive) that anything not already publicly known or included in the trial would be illegally obtained by the NCAA depending on the scope of the warrants used by the FBI.

Did you write it? It feels an awful lot like self promotion since you're title isn't supported by this article. Just sayin

I mean it wouldn’t surprise me if the ncaa tries to frick us, but they have nothing solid

Don’t you think Woodward would have checked with Emmert to make sure they weren’t gonna hammer us before taking the job?

If you think that any top college athletic program can do that in the area of recruiting, then you are certainly sticking your head in the sand.

This is a higher burden than the preponderance of the evidence in regular civil cases but lower than beyond a reasonable doubt. It’s still relatively stringent though.

Some leader dressed in white emerged and made moves to the athletic department that make me feel better about our chances. If alleva was still there we'd be fricked no matter what facts come out. Its just a phenomenon with him.

No one said it was. The quote was this.....

The standard of proof for the NCAA is equivalent to the standard of proof in a civil case.

Sone members here have a really strange infatuation with wanting to see this program slide back into mediocrity. I wish the mods would anchor these threads until if/when new information comes out.
