He admitted in the presser he heard a “vague” warning before he stepped on the field.

He also admitted that he got thrown out because “a grown man shooed me”. He got himself thrown out due to his own ego.

Not owning his own actions by coming out of the dugout and continued to aggressively argue the strike calls with multiple umpires in their faces (after multiple warnings). He even put his hand on one of the umpires. He caused all of that himself, not the umpires. Lack of awareness of the ball/strike Ncaa rule. Instead of apologizing, he puts down the umpires, blames them, and plays the victim card. Ncaa should suspend him additional couple games for speaking badly about the umpires. The Ncaa said the umpire got it right by ejecting him.

Definitely makes me appreciate CJJ even more than just the on field results. He’s a class act! I don’t recall him ever being disrespectful to officials or opponents.

The coach that actually built the program must have been cringing.

Umpire doesn’t fall over if the coach wasnt aggressive in his approach. Call it what you want, but that coach is a narcissist.

100%. He talked about owning up to whatever his team does and not making excuses...then spent the rest of the time making excuses for his behavior.

You are right. JJ is a class act. And I don't ever see him doing something like the CC coach did, in such an important game. However, JJ has been ejected before. It happens to the best of them. But, it's one thing to get ejected on a Saturday in April or May, over an egregious call (that is by rule arguable), in the 7th inning vs what happened here.

He stepped into a great program that he didn’t build. He was acting like he was Bobby Knight. Build and win something on your own before you act like you’re a hall of famer.

I think this guy is going to have a hard time keeping that program on top. He might be a program killer with the attitude and immaturity he displayed. I bet his recruiting will start to slide in the next few years.

Jay got thrown out for saying "you flinched and you know it" from 20 feet away. He then admitted his fault immediately in the post game and said the umpire got the call right. Not even close to a comparison.

Ghetto trash. Instead of his staff trying to de-escalate the situation, they jump in and make shite worse. Then blame the crew for not calming them down.

I was in no way making a comparison. You are right, there is no comparison between the example you just gave or the random example I made.

I totally agree. He had a hell of a first season, but he's not going to have 26-game winning streaks and trips to Omaha every year. His attitude could wear thin quickly if he isn't winning as much.

Totally let his team down at exactly the wrong time. Team and fans should be livid.

The lights got too bright for this dude.

They looked at that "streak" as some kind of manifest destiny.

Get the frick out of here.
