They didn’t score on that last play of the half. Im not a ref type guy but they definitely gave them that.

We paid kiffin a frick ton of money to have the balls to go for that 4th down.

If I wanted to watch us punt there and play for OT we could have kept Brian Kelly.

On the road, 1 yd to win the game against their rushing D. frick that, the right call was to put that game on ice right there

Blake Baker was completely outclassed on the OT drive. How could he not see the QB run coming?

We had them on the ropes. A half yard and we win on the road for the first time since opening day 2025. Just fricking take it and end it. It’s absolutely on Lane.

I would have punted it. Put kentucky's mvp on the sidelines and tell the defense to man up.

This isn’t the version of Lane I thought we were getting. Honestly I’m surprised

I agree this is all on Baker. We had no hope to stop them.

Lane got in his own way.

Poor clock management. Throwing on 2nd down (fumble) with the lead instead milking the clock.

Allowing Baker to play soft coverage on that last drive. (Didnt learn from Ole Miss game before halftime)

Playing man coverage on a 2pt conversion.

No it isn’t.

Dude got outcoached for the second time this season.

We had the better football team IMO.
At minimum we were on equal footing.

You allowed all of that to transpire by giving them the opportunity. PERIOD.

ALL of it was avoidable by nutting up and going for the win, because you still could hold them to a FG worst case scenario.

If you cannot get 1 yard to win the game then you don't deserve to win the game at that point. I would respect that. I don't respect being a pussy.

All of that was predictable. I literally predicted the entire ending once LSU punted. They were going to get into FG range, send it to OT and go for 2 in OT, because that's what they do. And I knew the QB was gonna run right up the middle when they spread em out.

How can I know that and see it coming but not a coach? Watching the game showed you EXACTLY what was about to happen.

Exactly. You need one yard and the game is over. By the way, who is Baker’s boss?

4th and 1! We all knew Kentucky was going to drive down and score anyway. 4th and 1! Screen/ Bubble screen wins this game .

The punt was the right call. You go for it if you are scared of the opposing QB, and they had no reason to be at that point.

In no way is that the right call if you are going to allow your moronic DC to play DBs 15-20 yards off the line when the other team only needed a FG to tie and had time.

Lane is entirely to blame there.

Baker did that stack on 3 &10

It actually worked pretty well, defense just wasn't watching the ball.

Their kicker is highly unlikely to miss 3 kicks. Highly.

He was essentially due.

Again punting was stupid regardless because they were ALWAYS going to get into FG RANGE.

THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE 4 DOWNS TO GET 1ST DOWNS EVERY SINGLE TIME. That's really difficult to expect this defense to stop all 4 downs.
