4 rushing
4 on 3 at the top
3 on 2 at the bottom
no one covering the middle

was this a bad call? or someone out of position?

Terrible call because it was obviously going to be that. They ran a similar play right before the end of the half and they were never going to throw it. I would've let them run the original play because atleast it wouldve been gimmicky

Yes. It’s a zone defense

Dottery has no business being over there. Should've 100% been spying the QB

One of Dottery or Keys fricked up. No other explanation for it

You have to protect the middle there. Extra defender spreading out. Horrible.

I knew he was going to run up the middle before they even snapped the ball.

The two DT played outside leverage and there were zero LB in the middle of the field behind them

No middle coverage, unless 6 was supposed to and out of place covering the quick out route.

It’s called the Baker special.

Dottery should have let the receiver go and kept his eyes in the backfield? It's hard to say.

ya,

looks like Dottery was probably supposed to take inside leverage. Sloan rolled all the inside receivers out knowing it would pull the LB’s in zone. See how Keys got locked up inside.

that was good play calling

Baker got fricking schooled

I think Dottery fricked up. He looked lost.

Dropping 7 into coverage on the three yard line is a bold move Cotton.

It was the easiest and most predictable call in the history of anything.

That’s why it worked against us. Because Blake Baker fricking sucks against any offense that matters.

Kentucky did a muddle huddle and our players didn't know what the frick to do.

Plus we suck at zone defense and have all season.

It’s mind blowing what it is. Poor coaching just like the end of regulation
