The current state of basketball

I have a question for our insiders. Im confused with all the legs battles and everything going on. Do we know whether it is likely or not that LSU lands Luis jr, Niang, Santos, and Ruzic as well as the other 5th years/ internationals? Thanks!

Right now Dessert may be the most important piece as we really need an experienced center and he provides that presence down low. I would think Ruzic will be eligible no problem which gives us more size. He is only 19 so wouldn't see him being an issue.

The answer is nobody really knows as of now, more clarity over the next week as school has started and you'll kinda know for sure who even has a chance to be in or out if they arent even enrolled for the semester. Add/Drop date is Sept 2

For the Accelerated sessions, October 23rd is the last day to add classes for the second half of the fall semester.

my sauce has been quiet, but has specifically heard out of CWW mouth that he's confident on ALL the guys...I mean there is so much politicking going on behind the scenes, I am not worried, we will have a solid squad this year. Thank GOD McMahon was sent packing.

I think Wade will only publically say he’s confident whether it’s true or not. If he were to say he’s worried, he might spook some of the recruits What I don’t understand is what the true deadline is for the first game. I wonder if the accelerated semester applies. If it does, then we can sign some more transfers.

Did any of the Euro league players involved with LSU ever sign NBA contracts. If they didn't, then they should be safe on this current deal. Don't know if age would preclude any of them but as has been said many times, for some reason European PRO basketball players are treated completely different than NBA PRO basketball players.

There was no reason to insert McMahon into this discussion except that you need a villain to provide the air that you breathe. This is Will Wade's program to assembel and coach, Right now he barely has enough players to field a starting lineup. Hopefully that changes.

There was also no need for that final line about barely being able to put a team on the floor. That line is what provokes a response that then becomes a pissing match like what happened before. Why do all of ya'll do this? Take perfectly calm and fair discussion about recruiting and derail it into your own agenda? Why not just start your own thread dedicated purely to Wade vs. McMahon?

The post I responded to also stated : I am not worried, we will have a solid squad this year so at present my comment was very much on point. Wade needs everything to fall his way to complete the roster as he plans.
Before any of you start, no I am not hoping he fails , nor am I being critical, just stating facts.
