We should absolutely do both. We have zero QBs who can consistently compete in the SEC currently on roster.

This sums up just about every high school recruit ever. You could also say it about nearly every NFL prospect out of college

My good brother in Christ have you ever watched highschool football before. That’s a trait with every elite HS QB, they are better than everyone and can afford to do that. That gets coached out in college some. But really not until the NFL. You still see insane scrambling shenanigans in college a lot too.

I think Sellers hits the portal after the way SC plummeted his draft stock this year but we'll see. I think playing at SC holds some sentimental value to him.

Honestly, I’m not mad about losing him. Spend the money on a safer bet with quicker upsides.

No clue but I kind of assumed that Lane would probably have a backup plan in place in case he doesn't get the extra year or even the possibility that he decides to stay at OM
