I think you are seeing a more developed transfer portal market this season. I don't have the numbers but I bet more teams are retaining guys more than they had previously.
I expect you'll start seeing more guys sign a multi year NIL deal with colleges. Also if they were to set some kind of limit on transfers, hell if they just let them have two free transfers that would probably solve a lot of problems.

He's visiting campus this week heard they are making a big NIL push to get him in the REAL purple n gold. Shaq took him on a tour after his graduation.
Yea I think the major difference (not sure it will matter) is while RJ signed he never actually played in a game.
