Go get 3 portal OTs and be done with it

Need a fix for online ASAP. No time to develop HS, even though it is better for the long term.

Of all the positions in the portal, OT has been the least successful in transfers. The good ones are so rare, schools generally do whatever they can to keep them.
If you are relying on 3 portal OTs, you are probably screwed.

some real uperclassman help would be nice. like 5th year senior types, it's not like the young guys we have won't progress in the offseason or over the course of next year.

Tyree Adams was good before he got hurt. Davis in less sure of. We do need to hit the portal.

Adams, Echols, Curne and Williams and possibly Davis with good coaching and better scheme will make a good base. Won't judge too much until sophomore year.Get some portal players Like Moore and we good. A great QB and offensive scheme can help with many flaws. JD and Burow proved that. Now go get that QB.

There is maybe a very small percentage chance that B. Moore will come back. If Tyree Adams can get healthy and improve his skills and if Curne can improve skills, that would be a good start. We still need at least 2 true starters. Tackles would be great from portal, but I'd take a solid guard as well.

A lot of our issues were coaching and scheme. A better o line coach and a better offensive scheme and head coach should solve a lot of our o-line issues.
There’s no way every single o-line recruit we got in the last 2-3 years is just a huge bust talent wise. We’ve just had terrible coaching

Need a center more than any other position but I’m in agreement with getting more tackles. Weston Davis was very underwhelming to me.

Dont rule out hiring a competent OL coach who can fix our current OLs issues. Also having a guy that can scheme an offense and cover up issues.
