LSU has made its offer. Now it’s up to Seaton to decide where he wants to go. Do you expect LSU to pull its offer because he hasn’t picked fast enough.
No. But I do not expect LSU to come back and counter offer any longer.

tons on this board like that. they bitched about woodward then cried when he was fired. then i even had a moron tell me the longer we courted kiffin the less our chances were of getting him. i explained it was actually the opposite. the longer it went the better our chances and voila. we got him.
then we had others crying saying just move on to dilly dilly we cannot wait for kiffin no more!
pure teen girl emotion coming from middle aged men. shite was hilarious.

If you watch any videos of Seaton, you'll see he is a good teammate and takes his practices seriously & professionally, as if he was already in the big leagues, but on the practice squad trying to get on the active roster.
That's his mindset: NFL goal & the money he can make one day. Can't really knock him for that. He's treating this like a vocation school for the pros & not all rah rah about the school & colors.
Since there's no rush to enroll anywhere, he's worth the wait, for whatever school he chooses. They'd basically be getting a professional OT.

Why do you care about why everyone cares about what everyone cares about?

People said the same thing about Sam Leavitt. Ignore them.

I’m not sure they are telling the staff to just move on. They are just trying to prepare the soft minded people of this board not to spam the board with non sense if it doesn’t work out in our favor. Whether we get him or not it’s still a great class.

Same MFs that were saying 'it's time to move on from Kiffin'
Posted on 1/23/26 at 8:11 am to Kingshakabooboo
What does it mean? It just means that people are sick of his and/or the uncle’s shite. I’m sure that the staff will keep conversations open. Also, It’s a message board, not exactly a place for rational discourse.

It’s the type of people who’d rather give up on something than face disappointment.
He’ll choose LSU or he won’t, that’s it really.

I don't want them to pull any offers but I do want them to stop upping the offer. If he doesn't want to come here for the amount of money and effort Kiffin has offered and put in then that's fine. I feel like they have done everything they could and need to stand by what's already on the table.

I'm all for waiting and seeing where he ends up. Hopefully he's ends up here. Having a known great LT is always better than a project. With that said it looks like we have a much more capable OL than last year. Obviously better OL coaching

They are the bile of the fanbase. The ones that go out of their way to find something to complain and melt about. It’s a disease

I am guessing at some point the cost becomes to inflated. There are rumors that this has gone to the 5-6 million range and Miami insiders say they are trying to make him the highest paid lineman ever.

They can't handle emotions and can't see that it doesn't really effect them if we wait 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months.

Get another LT. We could have had Mississippi state's that committed to Alabama this week.

To be fair, that dude committed in like a day. Feels like he already knew where he was going.

I'm not making excuses for Seaton either he wants our deal or not. I'm sure it's up there with the best or the best. He can take Uncle rico to Miami or oregon for all I care no one player is bigger than the team
