Mine is just shy of 5000 sq ft.
3 gas water heaters
3 a/c units totaling 10.5 tons
10-20ft ceilings downstairs 9ft upstairs
Our utility bill is everything: electric, gas, water, sewer.
The sewer is basically 1.5 times our water and in the summer when the sprinkler runs it’s pretty high.
The total was around 800-850 last month and 3-400 was water and sewer.

New Build near Dayton, OH.
2 Story w/partially finished basement; roughly 3,000 square feet finished. Another 600-700 unfinished but still has AC/Heat in those areas.
Last month was $127. We keep the AC at 71.

Was $293 last month.
Hoping it goes down since I had a new roof put on at the end of last month and added two whirlybirds.
I feel like the ac unit doesn't run as much as before since then. Guess we'll see.
Update x2
My suspicions were right. Bill dropped $50. All that heat being able to exit the attic via whirlybirds has made a big difference.

2,200 sq ft with gas heating. Atlanta area
$250 in summer when running AC. It’s dual zone, keep it mid 70s during day, 72 or lower at night.
Winter closer to $300 for electric and gas if we are running the heater during the day. One of us works from home.

About 2600 sq-ft two-story, our water and electricity bills peak around $150 with gas bill in the $30's - $40's That basically flips a bit in the winter months, gas usage goes way up but electricty and water usage comes way down.
