What exercise do you just naturally excel at?

Everybody has that one movement that they seem to just dominate and can do easily, even with heavy loads.
For me, it's CG bench. Can smash almost the same as my regular bench numbers and hit for reps.

I wouldn't say that I'm "dominating" anything but inexplicably my incline bench doesn't seem to lag my flat bench at all. Most people are significantly stronger on flat.

Deadlifts. By far my strongest lift and always has been. For reference, my 1rm Bench is 180, last deadlift max I got was 355 but probably have a bit more in the tank. Max back squat is somewhere around 285

First for me is KB Swings. The first time I ever tried, I used the heaviest KB in the gym for reps. I did a lot of power cleaning, etc for sports in my youth, and I've always figured that helped give a lot of posterior chain power I can transfer.
Second would be military vs bench press. For a long time, I was basically able to military press what I could bench. When I got my home gym, I focused on bench and didn't have capacity for seated military any more, so that ratio has probably changed.

Anything bodyweight related. I can still knock out 40+ pull-ups, 100+ push-ups, etc etc unbroken.

Deadlifts and pull ups
For pulls ups and any pull movement I just have a naturally strong back
Deadlifts I have long arms and a short torso which is the tailor made body type for deadlifts

Yep. I unfortunately have a long torso.

That's probably why your squat and DL are pretty close (from the max thread). Longer torso usually means squat will be closer to DL than someone with longer arms/legs.
I train squat way more than DL, in part because I have the opposite build. My squat lags my DL by 100 LB no matter what I do.

Sprinting.
At least for a middle aged man and especially for a white one.
I'd love to have a 200 m race with some folks my age and see how I'd stack up. I know the time wouldn't even be in the neighborhood of what I could run it in high school, though.

Back in Powerlifting days it was Bench. I would always be middle of the pack after squats, but top 2-3 in Bench. Short arms, big chest, not as far to go.

I guess deads, they're definitely my strongest and my favorite. Bench was an easier lift for me to perfect though.

Pull ups. My deadlift and squat aren’t impressive, but I think 24 deadhang pull-ups is pretty solid.

Despite being about 30 lbs overweight, I can walk 30-40 minutes. I cannot run though, if I run just 20 feet I am out of breathe/gasping bad.

Shoulder & Chest Movements,

Deadlifts or pull ups. Just always naturally been strong on those two.

Rowing, probably because of my height
