Bruh, we got the same stats and goals, except I’m a few years older. My wife just started beach body this week, it has a nice selection for pretty cheap. Can you bring dumbbells and a pull up bar with you? I am pretty sure that’s all you need, whether you do beach body or not. You could also hang rings off of the pull up bar for dips, push ups, body weight rows, etc.

Yeah I’m looking at getting one of those sets of adjustable dumbbells up to 80 lbs

I hear they’re kinda shite but it’s my best option.

And yeah I’ll have a pull-up bar

Those and a TRX and you'll be fine.

Do a ton of circuit training in giant sets. Get your cardio up, diet on point, use DB's for legs and multijoint movements and TRX for bodyweight and core work.

The power blocks are awesome.

But really start with a pair of gymnastics rings. Work the frick out of the following

Pushups- all variations. See challenge thread for goals. These should be really high volume.

Chins- set a goal for 12 weeks from now and work the frick out of them

Air squats-500 in 10 min

Ring dips

Single leg squat and lunges

Handstands

Ring flyes, Rong reverse flyes, ring curls, ring tricep ext, ring roll outs, ring rows

Ring static work like basic ring turn outs, L-sit, back lever, front lever etc

Get. A weighted vest if anything.

You can get in bad arse shape. If you want more, don't get the dumbbells(I have them they are great) instead get a 36 & 53 lbs kb. Work the shite out of Turkish getuos, z press, swings, cleans, snatches, rows, etc

Overall see the strength and conditioning Challenges thread and work the shite out of the bodyweight movements.

Buy gymnastics rings and find someplace high to hang them

Legs: pistol squats, bw hamstring curls, shrimp squats, lunges. If you have resistance bands, do overhead squats

I've been on 2 newer ones that had weight rooms. They usually have a few machines and some dumbbells and cardio equipment. Essentially a mini planet fitness

Look into Kettlebells. You can get two or three sizes and they can be one heck of a work out along with other body weight movements. Plus they are pretty easy to transport and store. Google Kettlebell workouts.

Definitely get some kettlebells, a jump rope, maybe some dumbbells.

You can do the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge. It's intense.
