You can do the sandbag training for pretty cheap and have some weight to it. I forgot the actual name of it but sandbag training still brings up quite a lot of results.

Is there a dip bar? Pull-up bar?

I would do German volume training with weighted (if needed) pushups or dips for chest. Pull-ups for back.

The BuffDudes have a bodyweight program they have done. I'm not sure how good their stuff is, but they are buff.

Get a TRX Suspension Trainer and learn as much as you can on it. I travel with one and can get a good workout anywhere.

Seriously, there is no gym or a YMCA around? Perhaps a weighted vest and do bodyweight exercises.

Also wouldn't be terrible to develop an explosion routine if you can't get some weights in. There is always something to use as a box jump, and a big box store has all sorts of footwork equipment. Sprints and bodyweight HIIT calisthenics can be a good change of pace for three months as well.

I was hoping there would be a program like P90x that would fit my needs.

Again, trying to gain mass and get stronger. I’m eating super clean currently. Don’t need a ton of cardio bc my metabolism is super fast.

I looked at what you suggested and some of your threads, but it’s a little difficult to wade thru it all and get a routine down

get gymnastics rings and a weighted vest and do one of the following

follow the reddit reccommended routine-
download this app

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bodyweight.fitness.pro

follow body by rings
LINK

or rings of power

LINK

or form your own Push/Pull/LEGS routine you do 6 days a week

essentially do the following in some form hitting lots and lots of volume(think hundreds of reps) or use weighted version

push- pushups, ring chest flyes, ring dips, rto holds, handstand pushups

pull- chins, ring rows, Ring Y's, one arm rows

arms- ring curls, ring tricep extenesions

legs- air squats, lunges, sissy squats, pistol squats

abs- situps, lsits, ring rollouts, planks, arch and hollow body holds

if you get a sandbag you can also do overhead presses, curls, extensions, floor press, squats, lunges, drags, carries etc with it.

set performance goals and get after it. there are a bunch listed in the strength and conditioing challenge thread.

jim wendler says

quote:

Weight Vest - 10% of bodyweight in vest.
25 pull-ups
50 push-ups

just set a goal that you think will be hard to achieve performance wise and get the frick after it.

Definitely kettlebells. It’s a great workout. Kettlebells, squats, and push-ups. You should be good to go.
