W3D4 of Arm Farm kicked my arse.

That was the most of deadlifted in a long time. That and the ss with the carries and my shoulders are dead.

W2d2 silverback done this am. We went hard AF and were done in 60min. Felt great

I only take a break if I’m feeling too beat up, but I try to time breaks to coincide with vacations or busy weeks.

Finished AF on Monday. Decided to just go back to month 2 of grasshopper and start something new in September.

It’s been 4 months since I finished GH, nice to replace old numbers and see the progress!!!!

Every 3 months or so I’ll do a deload week. I just pick a program and do half of the weight i normally would.

Day 4 of Silverback is a huge back pump. Weighted chin ups feeling good.

Started Grasshopper this morning. I’m needing to devote more time and effort to cardio (both steady state and high intensity), so need to back off on the lifting volume. I gotta say, it was really nice being done in 45 mins this morning. The heat and humidity is brutal in the garage, even before the sunrise. Sometimes ya gotta take one step backward to make two steps forward.

yea i had to get off ppsa for a while, just to brutal in the garage for the amount of volume in ppsa, atleast the ones i like from AA.

W4D1 completed for PS II, not sure which program I want to run next, possibly something that is 5x week so the workouts are close to 60 rather than 90 minutes. School starting back up and crazy before/after school schedules is putting a crunch on time along with helping my youngest with his XC practice.

I was thinking about squatober today during my lifts and I am looking forward to it. Not sure how it's going to work with running 3 to 4 miles every other day but going to give it a go.

I really like Silverback, minus the Romanian deadlift. I guess I need to work on form.

I'm currently on week 2 of Arm Farm. It's great also, but I commonly underestimate the supersets. It will keep your ego in check.
