Favorite polo shirts

Posted by GalacticMicrobe99 on 8/27/23 at 4:16 pm
What are some of your favorite polo shirts? I'm looking for something considered business casual, comfortable, and not crazy expensive. Budget is around $75 or less. So far I have looked at Barbell and Under Armour. Any suggestions?
I really like Silverback, minus the Romanian deadlift. I guess I need to work on form.

I'm currently on week 2 of Arm Farm. It's great also, but I commonly underestimate the supersets. It will keep your ego in check.
Same. Overall, I liked Strongville, but it ran long. Now I am doing my personal favorite FOTH. I'm still trying to drop some weight and get strong as hell.
75% of your calculated 90%. You are treating the 90% as your max or "everyday max."

re: PPSA program recommendation

I just finished Strongville and while it's a great program, it was difficult and almost all of my workouts were over an hour. I would probably recommend Silverback also. It is well balanced and not super long.
Strongville is hard. I'm in the middle of week 2. Wish me luck....
I think DC training may be too advanced for me, but I do appreciate the reply.I like PPSA in general and have had good results. I may head back to my favorite so far, Filling Out The Hoodie.

PPSA: 21 to Party?

Posted by GalacticMicrobe99 on 6/5/23 at 11:14 pm
For those of you who have done 21 to Party, can you give an overview/review of the program? I am looking for a program that is a little quicker for Summer and Winter months. The description on the website seems a bit gimmicky and I just want to make sure it is a solid program before purchasing. I am currently doing Strongville and planning the next few months. Thanks for the insight.
lofty are you doing Squatober and just subbing front squats in for regular back squats? I'm currently doing Arm Farm 2 and starting Squatober next.
My favorite is from Silent Hill 2.
Thanks for the reply. I agree. I did the first week of Strongville and the higher % and reps were tough.
I'd like some advice on which order to run the PPSA programs that I already have. I'm 6', 214 lbs, and trying to lose weight. I currently have Silverback, Arm Farm, Filling Out The Hoodie, and Strongville. I eventually want to do Filling Out The Hoodie 2, but I don't feel ready for 5 days per week. Thanks for the help.
Redcon1 MRE lite most days. Occasionally I'll drink MyProtein that I have.
I appreciate the replies. For the record, I have completed FOTH1 and did have good strength and size gains. My main question was about the differences in the 2 programs. I notice many of the same lifts from what I can tell. I think I will run FOTH1 again after Silverback, I stead of Arm Farm 2.

I may buy it in the future, but for now my plan is:
Silverback
FOTH1
FOTH2
I am planning my next few months of workouts. I have completed FOTH1 and am starting Silverback next week. I am interested in Arm Farm, but it looks quite similar to FOTH1. For those who have done both, what would you say are the main differences? Pros? Cons? I just want to make sure it's worth the purchase or I may repeat workouts a few times. Thanks.

Protein/meal replacement sale

Posted by GalacticMicrobe99 on 9/8/22 at 11:30 am
Just a heads up, I just bought Redcon1 MRE for a decent price. Peanut butter MRE is on sale at Vitamin Shoppe for $42. I use it as a meal replacement and I like most of their flavors.
I leave mine out and always set up. It is easy and quick to close though. It probably takes 1-2 minutes. There are 4 pins that you have to take out and then fold up.
I have it in the 21.5" and I really like it. I got it because my space was tight but it has worked out great. It feels very sturdy. It wasn't fun to install, but it's not overly complicated.
As a state right, you would be able to vote against any politician placing a ban. If you don't like it, vote them out. It's much easier at a state level.
I do think it's more justified for work clothes. I still couldn't do it for casual shirts/pants. I am checking out a few of the brands listed in this thread though.
I just realized you're trolling. Carry on...
