I purchased it, but haven't ran it yet. Curious if the workouts will be in the 90 minute range for this one.

I love the PPSA workouts but struggling to get them done in an hour. Has anyone got an opinion on which one is best to complete within an hour? I used to have more time when i was doing turnt up but now im strapped for time.

Curious why you haven't been buying the new programs? Have enough of PPSA in the stash already?

Arm fam and pump city I usually finish pretty quickly. I remember the OG brickhouse being a little shorter most days but its supposed to be a 5 day full body split so thats the tradeoff

quote:I’m on week 3 of Benchamin and it takes anywhere from 60-90 min. Day 4 of each week is a mother fricker with super high volume so that one is 80 - 90 min. I try to keep that one for a day that I’m off of work.

Really enjoying the program though. I would like to repeat it but not going to push my luck with the shoulder issue so I’ll prob just to Arm Farm after next week

ill be honest, i have been so busy with my kids i have not been working out as much and i have pretty much every program from them but the last 3-4.
I am trying to get in 3-4 times a week right now but plan to really hit it hard starting monday. I was had some things health wise that scared the ever loving frick out of me that took priority too. luckily turned out to be nothing but an infection but hearing the words "we need to rule out cancer" scared the ever living frick out of me and had me just concentrating on not doing anything that could affect blood levels.
but all thats over so working my way back
tldr: I have been a fat pussy lately

Life happens but great that you’re getting back into the gym. I spiraled for a bit around my recent trip but have decided to dial it in until my next trip.

Thanks, i have ran those in a few months. I tried Pool season 1 and it took way longer than i expected but i liked it. Im just trying to get back to PPSA with the short amount of time i have now to workout.

Finally got some adjustable dumbells and am running stronger than a garlic milkshake. Depending on how long I warm up I've been anywhere from 60-90 minutes. It helps if you have the equipment to superset 1 & 2 even though they aren't listed as supersets.

For those who have ran Arm farm, what’s the workout length on average?
Posted on 3/23/26 at 7:17 am to Uncle JackD
depends on rest times, but 40-60 min

Does anyone have a recommendation for a PPSA program that has more of a chest and back emphasis?

Last week of summer stacked. Been working a shite load so kinda took it easy and only went 3-4 days a week so pretty much just maintained. Nice, basic PPL program. It does use the German 10x10 format some days which I’m not a huge fan of but it wasn’t every workout like jacked up joker which was miserably boring. Also a great program for time restraint as all the workouts are 60 min or less.
My right rotator cuff has been giving me issues to where I couldn’t even do the OH barbell press. I may take a break from the barbell and do DB strength next or go to a 3 day like stronger than a garlic milkshake since I’m about to go on turnaround and sleep will be at a premium

Switching to dumbells and avoiding barbell for any pressing I’ve the past two weeks has made my shoulder feel a lot better.
