I’m right in the middle of it and really enjoy it. Love how it’s laid out in 4 supersets. You can bang it out just under an hour most days

Have you done DB part 1? My wife is wrapping it up now and was asking me about part 2. Is it a big change from part 1?

I have not done part 1 but just looking at the examples it looks like part 2 has more volume per day. Part 1 is a 4 day/week program and this one is recommended to only do 3 days/week i guess due to that. I skipped to part 2 because i was looking for a 3 day since im about to start turnaround at work and wont be getting much sleep the next few weeks.

Really hoping we get a Sports Strenght Pt 2 at some point, this time of year I always want to start a more athletic type of program with some sprints/jumps. The first one was really solid.

Been doing PPSA consistently for the last few years with solid results. Took about 1 month off of the gym due to some personal things. I’m wondering what to do with my training maxes now that I’m getting back at it. I assume I’ve lost some strength, but I don’t want to drop too low because I know it will come back fast. Looking for what has worked for you guys in the past.

I've never had that long off, but when I took 2 full weeks off from the gym after a newborn I honestly felt just as strong on my old maxes your body probably appreciated the rest. With that said being a full month off I'd maybe work off an 85% TM for a week and see how that feels and go up if its moving quick.

Looks like Summer Stacked II just dropped this weekend. Went ahead and purchased. Not going to lie I am not a big fan of PPL bodybuilding type splits but they are super popular obviously. Going to run this the next 4-6 weeks to switch it up

2 weeks into DB strength 2. Easily the toughest 3 day program I’ve ever done. Going heavy and only take 90 second breaks has me winded as frick on these supersets lol. Half the battle is lugging the DBs to and from the rack. Shoulder feeling much better already, though.

Should I start the new summer stacked program or re-run arm farm for the 100th time

The squats were relentless.

Wrapped up Arm Farm this AM. My Bi’s and Tri’s are tired boss. It was fun but not one I’d run twice in a row. Taking a few days off and starting FOTH. Looking forward to allot less supersets.

Hard to pass the OG Arm farm lol but this new Summer Stacked looks great I just looked through the whole plan. Good strength progressions lots of exercise variety and less "junk" volume compared to some of the other PPL programs IMO!

And that is the exact reason why I like it so much. I am crunched for time at lunch and I get the most in that way.

I save myself 90 min in the morning so I’m really I need of SS. But I did burn a shite load of calories doing it. Biceps and triceps have been feeling much stronger too.

Loved the first summer stacked. I’m currently halfway through Stacked Jacked & Turning Heads 2, and really enjoying it. I’ll prob run summer stacked 2 next.

FOTH is upper body focused with not much legs

Summer stacked is a PPL format with full leg days

I thought the 1st summer stacked was ok. I prefer his 4 day/week full body strength programs more. If I want a PPL bodybuilding style I’d do the Mountain Dog programs.

Are those workouts closer to 75 or 90 minutes? I know he gave that range. I might try that one in the summer when my kids are out of school.
