Over the years I’ve taken the cheap multivitamin gummies. I would like to start taking something with life benefits.

Melaleuca men’s heart health.
Brought my blood pressure down and made me feel better in general.

Thorne’s vitamin D3, magnesium, and K2.
This is the cocktail that’s helped me get more consistent sleep. Hopefully I’m getting other health benefits as well.

There are a bunch out there. Your best option is to probably order online. You can usually get a discount price somehow.
Fresh Start Vitamins
Onnit has good products, but they are pricier than some others.
Thorne has the Dr. Rhonda Patrick stamp of approval for quality. Again, on the pricier end.
I mix it up, but there are specifics I like to always have on hand (fish oil, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, lutein, activated charcoal, and some others depending on what's going on in my life). Sometimes it's just difficult to eat the way I'd like to.

I did the One a Day for awhile but realized I wasn't getting enough Vitamin D with them. My Dr was recommending 2,000 IU a day. I believe these are typically under 500.
Even though I have not found one that fits my needs, I would suggest check out a few of those online companies that will develop a vitamin to your needs. The only issue I ran into was the 2 I reached out to would not do more than 1,000 IU of D because they said most people would eventually need less than the 2k; so they only do theirs with 1k and suggest buying a separate 1k pill.

Keep taking what you are taking then, and eat a good diet. You are pissing most of it out anyway

My doc recommended the Centrium Men's Silver (even though I am not at that age yet) because of the zinc amount is supposed to be higher.
I also take Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Selenium, CoQ-10 and Ocuvite.

And he recommends CARDITONE for High Blood Pressure and I got downvoted to hell for mentioning it on here.
Spring Valley Fish Oil at WalMart is legitimate. All the BS about mercury in fish oil and pharma grade fish oil being the best is total bullshite.
