From what I gathered is he's more the face of the company than the brains. Read somewhere that he has a business partner who has the money and mojo that got this ball rolling.
My problem with Brian is that he has become a caricature of himself. If he would have stuck with the eating and training, he wouldn't be mocked as much. But he gets on social media and acts like a fool. People tire of him quick.
Also, kind of hard preaching about living off the land, etc yet live in a multi million dollar home with a plethora of vehicles and shite. Makes his message seem fake.

Question - in the More Plates video, he briefly hones in a couple other charlatans besides LK, including this weird GOATA thing. I looked that up and it appears to have originated on the West Bank of all places? And it has a big following among some Saints players. I did a short dive into it and there's all sorts of crap about spiraling.
Is anyone familiar with this Goata thing?
Regarding LK himself, like most people i take him with a big grain of salt. He's obviously a cariacture and anyone who thinks they can get in his shape just by eating "primally" is an idiot. I still think he does have an overall positive message outside of that and his tenets, while they aren't revolutionary or anything are solid. His wife's social media is way more down to earth and reflective how someone who lives ancestrally, or whatever, actually functions in a non-cartoon fashion.

They were on Mark Bells podcast a few months ago. I didn't know who they were at the time and came away that it is junk exercise science. After looking at their Instagrams, I confirmed that opinion.
Goata on Mark Bell podcast
I think at some point in the full interview they start going in on the knees over toes guy, kind of the me off on whatever opinions they had.

Please tell me you aren't that gullible.
If he made more than a couple hundred grand I would be impressed.

It was pretty well known that the guy was loaded before his Liver King personality emerged. I mean, his earliest videos are of him working out in his mansion with acres of land sprawling all around him.
Cracks me up that he claimed he created his character to prevent people from committing suicide. Like it was his mission to lie about steroids and preach an “ancestral” life in order to save the vulnerable people.

yeah it was a very scripted half arse apology.
i still find the guy fascinating, he just doesn't have credibility though.

I'm amazed by the people out there who seemed to have legitimately believed this dude is natural.

Anyone else feel like he's the 2022 version of Rich Piana? Only Rich never hid the fact that he was on enough gear to kill an elephant. But they both had a similar message to go out and "kill shite" every workout, etc. That's the energy I get from this guy, but he's not as likeable as Rich was.

He was a drug rep and his old lady is some kinda fancy dentist and he bought her a joint to work out of and I think they got a few offices. Then he started the ancestral supplements company and started the liver king thing for viral marketing
I saw a video of him repping ancestral supplements in like 2018 and he was a little nerd
