I purchased a set of kettlebells for my home gym today. While I know a good bit of exercises to do with them. Is there a good source for programming strength and conditioning. I purchased 35lb, 44lb,53lb, & 70lb.

There is a lot you can do with just kettle bells, but I don’t know of any programs revolving around just kettlebells. If I were you, I would also buy a weighted vest, a pull up bar and some rings. With all that, you’ll be able to put together a solid program. Someone else will be able to come in and give you a guide.

Look up Pavel Tsatsouline. He has a book called Enter the Kettlebell.
I’m sure there are others too. He’s just the one I know.

This might not be exactly what you are looking for, but I follow Swing This Kettlebell (STKB) on YouTube. Your boy is legit.

Ryan Fischer has a 30 day KB program.

Onnit has a great program
Not sure if it’s free
They emailed it to me when I bought kettle bells from them

There is a 10,000 kb swing workout that has been around a while. Basically 500kb swings paired with a strength exercise 4 or 5 days a week. Might not be exactly what you are looking for, but it will no doubt improve your strength and conditioning if ran to completion.

Thanks everyone. Ill look into everything suggested. I have a pretty complete garage gym in my opinion. Just added the KBs to and some move movements and possibly use them for HIIT a couple times a week.

Marcus Filly has some really good KB workouts. Check out his Instagram for some movements and he has a link to his programming there.

This looks like a really fun program! I'm going to do it next month.

I'm not sure fun is the word I would use, but it is a good workout for sure. I started in January using the women's weight (35lbs) and it's kicking my butt.

Haha yeah maybe not. I do think trying new types of training is fun.
I thought Squatober was fun even though some of the Friday high volume days were rough.
