Absolutely, except for these cable exercises. Up for suggestions on substitutions
I’m just let using bands. They’re fine for the high rep work.

That's all I have, too. Looking forward to those squats tonight!

Seems like you could make one of those for about $30 with a trip to Home Depot

There are YT videos out there that teach you how to make one. I may make one when I have a few days off around the holidays.

Probably but I think I only paid like $40-50 for a setup from Bells of Steel. That saved me from going to Home Depot 2-3x (no HD project is resolved in a single trip)

I have a pully system from Amazon. Came with a pull down bar, rope, handles and pully system/cables. I just put an lag eye bolt in the ceiling of my garage to connect it to. Works great!
I also have some bands that stay on my wall with some ring eyelet lag bolts so I can do other accessory workouts on.
Also have some of those pullup assistance bands to do pull aparts but I have some on my pullup bar to help stretch.

I’m as hetero as they come boys but looking at myself in the mirror doing those shrugs at the end in a tight shirt and massive pump, I may have chubbed up a little.

Had the gym to myself at lunch. Cranked up a mix of old school Metallica and Lil Boosie and got a filthy pump in. Life is good and this program is fun

D3 finished. Personal lesson learned over 3 days: if it feels light on the 1st set just stay there. The burn is coming.
My playlist is a bit unorthodox. A buddy of mine recommended something called "Catholic War Music". A bunch of chants, prayers & hyms in Latin. I never would have thought so but it keeps me focused.

Yes, I did have to go up in weight a couple times but I think I got an extra boost today from a pre-workout mix.

I have been listening to "Festival Bangers" since summer and it is updated weekly.

I dropped some Fleetwood Mac and Rolling Stones last night before I cranked the fan up and couldn't hear the music anymore.

I will try that.

I can work out to anything. Some mornings it is country, rap, whatever. Today was Three Doors Down radio on Spotify. Heavy lift days it is usually Limp Bizkit, Eminem or Tool.

Running a day behind. Man I forgot how miserable these workouts are on a full stomach lol. Need to do these while still fasted.

I workout with no music, I used to listen to podcasts but haven't got the gym set back up for that

This WS run has been tough on the ole workout schedule for me

As I planned I did D4 today so I could have my home gym for deadlifts and Carries and rows. The pullovers/Yates row superset gets the blood pumping! Overall felt a lot more strength focused day even tho it’s still all supersetted.
