The camera adds 10 pounds and they take a lot of pictures. At 10 pounds a pop, it really adds up fast.

Speaking of, I only recently realized that a lot of these diet "before and after" pics are in reverse order - i.e. they find someone super fit, and then have them go to pot.

my in law of an in law was a IG fitness model and everything was fake. everything.
