First day running hills - 2022

Mates I'm keen to tackle the hills for the first time in 7 months. Day 1 I'm sporting my favourite running kit - Nike Nigeria football stretch top with Nike Nigerian trainers.
Will update stats and metrics upon my return. Feel free to jump in this thread throughout the season as we improve our fitness and tone those abs, glutes, thighs, hammies and calves

Guilty as charged, but I'd quite rather be the enigmatic odd duck with my library of life experiences than a normal bloke from Mayfair or Old Metairie or West Monroe wherever one who frequents these hallowed boards is most likely to hail from.
With that said, my hill running was a bit of a sticky wicket to say the least. I'm 17 hours fasted so that made it a bit intense but my heart rate was approaching 170 after the 3rd, 4th and 5th hills and so I capped it there.
Came back and hit my WaterRower and put in 5000 meters of paced, great form rowing whilst mixing in an intense 8-minute abdomen and jawline routine.
Now to break my fast with some miso soup and poached cod and then a little indica and a nap before hitting the city

I just pigged out on pizza and a snickers bar so this is making me feel guilty.

I can’t tell if this is serious or satire? Haha
Either way keep us updated!

love the post(s), but would've been even better if you had said metres instead of meters.

I like including some hill repeats into my running plan as well. What are your hills like? What's the distance, elevation, and grade?

Those are the kind of running shorts that would make Bill Clinton blush.

I'll try to figure out how to capture the hill details for next run tomorrow I'm actually pretty new to this
