When you say hills, does the levee count? What are you doing exactly?

Jawline workout is any 8 minute abs type routine with a 1990's or early 2000's football helmet on (they're heavier than the newer ones) and that really works your neck and jaw like crazy.

On days when I'm lazy I'll just put on a helmet and lift my head for a couple minutes at a time, head titled to left and then to right almost like you're working all angles of your calves

Mate here are some data from my watch after session 2 - yesterday's zoomies up and down the hill. I did much better 8 hills total versus 6 the first time and with fewer / shorter breaks.

This watch is new to me so once I have more time I'll try to figure out the best data to use.

like including some hill repeats into my running plan as well. What are your hills like? What's the distance, elevation, and grade?

It's really just two hills that are one neighborhood over from me. I'll snag a pic next time to maybe learn how to use the terms or get help with the elevation

In that last screenshot above - you'll see that my total ascent was .47 miles (divided by 8 "hills" total that I ran).
