Felt like just posting a light hearted survey type thing.

what's your favorite muscle group to workout? Least?

Favorite for me legs, close second back

just have a really great muscle mind connection with all my leg muscles. have always been naturally strong with them. I look forward to Sundays when i can spend extra time working on squats, presses, lunges, calf raises, hyperextensions, kick backs! Since i just started squatting this year its still novel and really fun to challenge myself each week.

Least: chest
have a real hard time with mind muscle here. always been an underperforming group for me. Definitely my hardest group to gain on.

what say you?

My favorite exercises are anything upper body push.
I’m not a very strong guy on any lift and I don’t put up big numbers on anything, but all upper body push exercises just feel like my biggest strengths.

If I could only go to the gym and do one exercise that day it would be Farmers Carry. If it was long term it would be some sort of clean and press

Favorite: chest.
Best pump and I look freakin awesome for about 45 minutes.
Second favorite: butt.
Just started doing this and I love it. My wife’s reaction is worth it.

Least favorite: shoulders
It’s like a cock-tease to chest

Favorite changes from month to month.

Least favorite has always been biceps. My biceps are good enough, but I feel like a muscle that small shouldn't take so much effort.

As an aside, earlier this year, I started carrying around kettlebells at work. Sometimes I'll carry one for 30 minutes or longer while I'm making rounds I do it multiple times a day. I've noticed a nice jump in my grip strength and my forearms have added size.

Overhead. Not a muscle group, per se, but I love overhead. I’d say my back is my favorite muscle group to train.

Legs.

For 20 years I skipped leg day. I’m slim so the proportions aren’t that far off.

For the last 3 months I’ve been hitting legs twice a week. I can tell a huge difference in the legs and glutes. A solid shock to the legs feels so good afterwards.

I looove back rows. Mainly seated cable with v-grip attachment and overhand barbell rows. I can get 100% ROM and the squeeze feels orgasmic.

Back. I've always had strong back and biceps so i feel most capable doing rows and pulls.

100% Shoulders

I have the strongest mind muscle connection on my shoulder lifts.
Good insertions and seemingly have more rapid growth here than other parts of the body.

Quads mainly squats

When you go through months of not being able to do them you realize how important they are to everything you are trying to accomplish.
