would this be a decent workout?
would still be doing weights at home, but not much chance for cardio at the moment.

100 Burpees is a lot.. even for really fit people. Should be a good workout.

It's great high intensity cardio.
I would argue it's better and more efficient at burning fat than that slow 30 minute jog.

There’s other things you can add as well, such as mountain climbers, squat jumps, jump lunges, etc.

Instead of trying to hit a rep goal, why not do as many as you can in 10-15 minutes?

Agreed.
Something like 5 minutes of burpees and then a 1-2 min rest period with pushups or pullups until you get to 10 minutes.
Don't stop the clock. Try to increase your reps every week.
Edit: I wouldn't do them everyday, HIIT is something I limit every other day max.

I used to do this in my hotel room when I traveled a lot
keep your times and try to beat your times
I got down to 7 minutes eventually

Just do some alternating bench/box step ups between sets. If you normally do 2 min between sets, start with steps for 30 secs and rest the remaining 90 secs. Balance the split for more cardio.

Seriously set a performance goal and work towards that. You are always going to have the best results body composition wise when focusing on performance and combining it with a good diet.
Start with something like 3 sets of 10. Each set done in 30 seconds. 1 min rest. Do this three times a day. Add reps and or sets(work on total volume in a certain amount of time) working on the density of the workout.
Keep reps at 1 every 3 seconds.
Focus on Getting better each day and you will reach your goal.stay consistent

100 burpees are better than any amount of running except for sprints
