It took me 3.5 minutes to do 50. 100 in 5 minutes is absolutely hauling. I'm not sure that's a realistic goals for noncompetative athletes.

it can be done it just takes work. You did 50 in 3.5 without working towards the goal. Its called a challenge for a reason. plenty of people at greyskull and on that forum have completed the challenge, same with those on Ross Enamit's forum.

and btw 50 in 3.5 is slow. I can do 100 in 7 min without trying and i consider myself fat and out of shape right now. For being 130lbs you should be much much fast.

To be fair it was after a 2 mile run and full workout.
