Alpha brain. It will turn you into a man and put hair on your chest.

Just experiment with things and you’ll be able to ascertain what is beneficial to you.

Ultimately though, the main thing is I have no clue what I’m doing and when I walk in someplace, I feel like everyone and their mother knows that and I’m the idiot. (Yes, I know no one cares and no one is watching in reality, but that’s not what’s going through my head. It’s a weird anxiety)
1. I'm not being condescending when I say this, but lifting weights is simple. That's why your average imbecile can do it. If you really want to learn, all you have to do is use Google and YouTube or a fitness magazine. Alternatively, you could pay for a personal trainer for 2 weeks to learn how to use the machines at the gym you want to go to, and then start working out yourself. You can build on the basics you've learned by watching other people.
2. When it comes to the anxiety, it sounds like you're just going to have to face your fear sometime or forever limit yourself. Honestly, nobody should care what the average gym goer thinks. As I've mentioned above, many of them are complete imbeciles. Talk to one some time and then ask yourself if you should ever care about that person's opinions on anything

Normal day
2 grams high quality vitamin c
1 B complex
1 red cherry
1 multi
2 Mind Care
1 tsp C-60
1-2 pro-biotic
ETA: Hate working out in public. I’d rather bleed in private.

What’s wrong with drinking multiple protein shakes a day?

Some gyms have plyometric based classes that mix cardio, body weight and weight based classes. Find the right ones and you'll push your self to new limits without using heavy lifting.

Been taking isagenix every day this year...started off with the weight loss packs, but on to performance...down 18 lbs and in the best shape of my life...but I also quit drinking(most days) and have been hitting the gym 6 days a week

Every single one is a criminal. Hence the term "illegal immigrant".

40yo+ multivitamin and CoQ-10

Multivitamin
DHEA
Vitamin D
CoQ10
I’d been feeling extremely low energy and foggy/depressed. It turns out I was vitamin D deficient (like most people). I started taking all of this stuff every day, and I’m legit feeling a lot better. Not high energy, but more of a normal level.

Two reasons. I have a severe anxiety about walking in and people staring at me while I’m working out.
I used to feel that way until i started going a lot. Nobody is judging you. Everyone is getting their work done. Anyone that would be judging you, hasn't been doing it long enough to be able to judge you.

Second, I’m very competitive. Lifting weights does nothing for me, mentally. I feel like it’s a chore more than anything. I’m lifting weights. I’m not up against anyone. I understand the goal is to be healthy, that’s what I’d be “winning.”
You're competing against the ultimate nemesis... you.
You're own limitations of strength can be beaten.

I'm also competitive. Trying to break PR's on squat, bench, dead and various strongman movements 100% engages my competitive nature.
Having been to commercial gyms, no one really stares at others. If you aren't a good looking woman in yoga pants and a tight tank top, you're just some dude on a bench.
If you invest an hour in learning good form on 6 multijoint lifts and then just do those, you can make incredible progress, and no one will give you a second look, except the ones who admire someone squatting to depth in a commercial gym.

Lots of carbs and sugar. My coach competes and drinks like two a day. Chicken, rice, veggies, eggwhites make up like 90% of his meal plan

I’m 66, walk for exercise, do yard work, ride a dirt bike..... with that said, I use Fish Oil, B-12, a supplement for my joints, the tiny aspirin, a senior Centrum, and some E.
