I wanna be a proper muscle mommy so bad. Feel like creatine would be useful. Any recs on brands, etc?

I've been using the Naked brand creatine monohydrate. I just add it to my protein shake. No flavoring or additives. Just straight creatine.

Just look for creatine monohydrate and check ingredients to make sure no added crap is in it. I get Nutricost. They have creapure also, if that’s your jam

From what I read it’s tested by third parties to make sure its quality and pure.
This brand is ncaa approved which to me means it’s a quality product.

as of now, creatine is only manufactured in china and germany. Normally im good with stuff from china but they dont always do the best job with creatine in terms of purity and left over reagents. German creatine is called creapure. it is micronized and each batch is test and must meet strict regulations.

Currently taking Muscle Feast, but I've used a few different brands of Creapure.

I use True Nutrition. I've used a number of brands over the decades, but True Nutrition with Creapure has the smallest granules I've ever run across.
