Used to run alot few years back, stopped and now getting back into it. I can't find a good set of wireless headphones that will stay in my ears without wearing a headband to secure them.
Any recommendations?
TIA

I absolutely love my Shokz bone conducting headphones. I can hear my surroundings and the sound quality is good enough for running.

Second the shockz. Clarity is lacking but good enough. Having the ability to turn volume low enough to hear surroundings is worth it.
Battery life for 7hr long runs and water proof enough for downpours and south La summer sweat.

I’ll drop a 4th for shokz. They’re perfect for this.

I moved to the airpods a few years back and they are the best. They stay in my ears fine, sounds the best, and you can use them for everything you need. Ive never had an issue with them falling out.

Beats Fit Pro
I’ve had mine for several years now with no complaints. Never had issues with falling out.

When I wore headphones while running, I preferred one that hooked around my year so I didn't have to worry about it falling out.
But I got to the point where I would just leave the phone and headphones in the truck. Either enjoy the peace and quiet of running solo or just talk the whole time with the guys while group running.

I have Shokz Openrun Pro, they’re fine. Kind of have the market cornered. I’ve heard the Bose open ear earbuds are better, but they cost substantially more.

5th for the shokz. Not going to get studio quality sound, but it is clear has some depth, you don't have to worry about them falling out, and the ability to hear your surroundings on the road or the trail when running is something you don't realize you need until you have it.

I use Air Pods Pro. I only wear one in my left ear so I can hear the surroundings better. The left ear canal must be slightly thinner because the left one stays put while the right one can fall out. If I walk, I use the right one. If it looks like rain, I’ll use an old corded pair of ear pods.
I also turn off Tap To Wake in phone Settings. I’ve had weird butt dials, song skips, skip to an entirely different playlist , etc. until I started doing that.

I love my AirPod pros but some days they struggle to stay put. I may be getting some old man ear hair causing them to fall out or something. The sound and noise canceling is awesome though. The new ones will be announced next month and are rumored to have some nice additions like HR monitoring and temp detection.

I also love my shokz. Use them every run. Like a previous poster mentioned great battery life as a bonus. It’s like I never need to charge them.

Powerbeats pro for something that won't fall out of your ears

I’ve had two sets of Shokz. They both fell apart. One took about 2 years. The other about a year. I was running a lot back then, and I sweat a lot, but this shouldn’t have happened.
After that, I bought some cheap over the ear ones from AliX that work well (Sanag C16S) and I also use my AirPods. I bought some clear hooks that go on the AirPods from Amazon that keep them on and in when I run better than just them by themselves.

Try changing the eartip sizes. I use Soundcore exclusively, and I have one ear that is a L eartip, and the other is a M. It makes a big difference. I think the models I currently use came with four different sizes of eartips you could swap out. I'm not a fan of the hook over the ear style, but they have options for that too. They're relatively cheap compared with what usually gets recommend in these threads.

I also use Soundcore Liberty 4 pro. I have had fitment issues with other brands. These are also one of the loudest and have excellent noise cancelling. $20 coupon right now and a free soft pouch.
