Do you consider martial arts exercise? It is definitely breaking a sweat, but more fun and mental.

You responded to me so I’ll answer. The guys I know that do BJJ are the fittest guys I know. Tried to roll once and almost puked after less than a minute.

It’s not some hormonal response like they say. It’s simple thermodynamics.

This is one of the cringiest things that gets circulated here. Do you not think that different foods can produce different hormonal responses in your body?

I never said otherwise. I said that "when" you eat doesn't create this hormonal/metabolic shift that people eat up as truth.

Tapeworm. Cocaine is too expensive and you might end up with fentanyl.

Was a learning experience but I also crashed my metabolism. Went from 179lbs to 129 in about 5 months. Would post some after pics but no one wants to see that. Haha

Sitting at a very healthy 158 right now. As for the diet. I still drink beer, eat a chocolate pie once a week but other than that it’s egg whites for breakfast, grilled chicken for lunch and dinner with a baked potato. A lot of people would think that diet sucks but my philosophy is, if you can’t go without or eat it for the next twenty years don’t do it. Enjoy life.

Also, by crashing my diet it made me fertile. I also had a test of 180.

why would you need t do this. 25lbs is quite a bit. You need to re evaluate your future health and loose the weight via exercise and better food choices. Get up and move!

For a lot of people the following will do it:

1. Quit drinking calories

2. Get a step counter and make an effort to do 10,000 steps a day.

The 10,000 steps isn’t really exercise, it’s just making sure you move enough during the day.

Earlier this year I met up with a friend at a hunting camp who I haven't seen in about a year. He lost 60# since I last saw him and was curious how he did it. He more or less followed the Keto plan, lots of protein, a little fat and very few carbs, sugar, fructose. You need to research high carb foods, the list might surprise you.

I followed his advice, lost 25# and feel great. It has to be a lifestyle change and if you crave a high carb item do it in moderation once a week. Its the same when eating at some ones house, if served high carb items just eat smaller portions.

Big thing is to read the label and not the front of the package. Protein drinks for example can be from 4 carbs to 25 carbs each depending on the brand. I found KETO friendly on front of some items only to find out they contained 20-30 carbs each.

Pork rinds and pickles make a great in-between snack.

Which are considered seed oils? Why are they bad?

What would be appropriate oils to eat?
