Two fingers down the throat. Laxatives. Amputation.

So many options.

Completely eliminate:

Sugar
Seed Oils
High Fructose Corn Syrup

From your diet. Makes a huge difference even if you don’t exercise.

Not hard at all if you have even the least amount of will power. Diet is more important than anything honestly.

Just curious on why exercising is off the table?

Stop drinking soft drinks. Even Diet or “Zero” drinks

Eat grilled chicken every day for lunch

Take your target weight and multiply that number by 11. Consume that many calories per day.

Skip breakfast if you have to. The “Most important meal” mantra is over rated.

What you would have to eat and cut from your diet would be so miserable, it’d be worth exercising.

No more sugar. At all.
Gallon of water a day.
Grilled meats.
Veggies with no salt or condiments.
No carbs.

And you would have to eat 500 calories less than you burn in a day to lose it healthily.
Of course you could always crash your metabolism and lose 25 pounds in about 20 days. I’ve done this twice in the past. The weight will come back twice as fast and twice as much after though.

And after you lose the weight your skin would be loose and you would have minimal muscle.

Which is an easy way for calorie deficit. There’s no magic to IF or Keto or anything else. It’s not some hormonal response like they say. It’s simple thermodynamics.

Do you consider martial arts exercise? It is definitely breaking a sweat, but more fun and mental.
