I couldn’t find a powder that didn’t have too many things in it that I don’t want to take. So I bought a few powdered superfoods separately and mix with a protein shake.

Broccoli, Kale, strawberry, blackberry, avocado, tomato.
Sometimes add matcha.

I don’t do beets because of the high oxalate content ( kidney stones)

I also do lions mane and cordyceps, collagen powder and glucosamine/chondroitin (joints)
Also coq10 and alpha lipoic acid.

I don’t take the same stuff everyday and take a day or 2 off everything every couple weeks.

* GNC Mega Men One Daily 50 Plus Multivitamin
* agobi 7in1 Premium Maca Root Capsules off amazon

I tried taken a few others but really didn't see benefit vs keeping up downing a bunch of pills and $$.

I’ll have to look up NAC. I don’t know anything about that one.

Are any of those vitamins condensed into one big pill? That's a lot of pills to take

From what I have read, a lot of those are large by themselves, so multi vitamin manufacturers use a small amount due to size constraints

Look into how your B-vitamin intake affects your homocysteine levels because that is a major factor in cognitive fatigue. I spent a lot of time researching different synergistic stacks for mental clarity when I was working on a complex project.

I eventually began to use Mind Lab Pro for the way it balances the citicoline and bacopa without using any caffeine. Track your sleep cycles with an app for a few nights to see if your deep sleep is where it needs to be.

I’m adding Magnesium and wondering if the Omega 3 is necessary since I eat a can of tuna a week. Have a family history of heart and BP issues though.

Natto- do you find it did anything for you? Did you have any problems before, or test for results?

Hard to attribute it to one specific thing but my blood pressure has come down and stabilized since I started taking it. However I also got back on the exercise wagon, gave up drinking, and cleaned up my diet all around that same time.

It’s cheap and I like the fact that it is supposed to help reduce plaque and slow atherosclerosis. I’m in my 40’s and have heart disease in my family. Doctor doesn’t seem to have any concerns with my bloodwork. He was happy to see my blood pressure lowered naturally without prescription medication.

I've read that taking these 2 at night are more beneficial. I've taken Magnesium at night and I find it makes me extremely sleepy all day, the next day, unless it is something else that is causing the daytime sleepiness. I didn't take it last night so I am going to see if I feel better today. Do you take these at night or in the morning?
